A little over a month ago your commissioners appointed me to assume the duties as your Sheriff.
This is a role I don’t take lightly. One of my goals was to run a transparent office. You will find below our blotter for the month of July.
I have also made strides in building a working relationship with our partners, including state, federal, surrounding counties, as well as our district attorneys office.
My pledge to the citizens of Catron County to to do my best to provide you with a safe environment to live and enjoy your lifestyle.
The ones whose chose to ignore the laws of our state and / or country will no longer be over looked.
We have a large area to cover with limited staffing but I assure you that this will not hinder us in our duties. I back myself with deputies with the same mind set and will use every resource available to ensure the good people of this county what they deserve, that being is being secure.
